Step #2: The most important step to ensure a successful closing is getting a Pre-Approval Letter from a Lender. Online applications make this step easy. We will send you links to several mortgage lenders. Once you have your PreApproval Letter in hand, that takes us to the next step…

Step #3: We show you properties that meet your home search criteria and are within the budget you have set for housing. This includes showing you new listings the moment they come on the market. With the low inventory of homes for sale in Northern Virginia, we are ready at a moment’s notice to show New Listings to you any day of the week.

As your agent, we look out for your best interests. For example, we provide you with in-depth property details of each home you view, point out desirable features you may not notice and identify potential concerns you may have overlooked.

(Note: if you plan to pay for your new home with CASH (no mortgage), we will ask for Proof of Funds. The Proof of Funds document will be placed in your file and submitted with your offer for seller review. Proof of Funds can be a bank statement or a financial account statement that shows you have substantial, liquid funds to purchase the property.)
